From Milano of from the Switzerland get out from the A9 highway in "Como Sud" or "Como Monteolimpino" way out and go to Como town center . Then take the direction to Bellagio and before entering in Faggeto Lario, take the street to the right handside in Lemna direction.

By train:

From the Milano you can take the Ferrovie nord Milano train from Milano Cadorna Station or the Trenitalia Train from Milano Centrale Station to reach Como. From Switzerland take the FS Train to reach Como. Afterwards tou can take the boat or the bus (the stop is just under the property) to reach Lemna

By bus:

From the ASF bus station in piazza Matteotti (Sant'Agostino), take the C31 Como-Palanzo e line and stop in Lemna.

By boat:

From the street on the lake in Como take the Como-Colico likne of the Navigazione Laghi boat and stop in Torno. From Torno take the C31 bus in Palanzo direction and stop in Lemna.
